Through the Cadaret Grant Trainee Program, the company selects a four-year college graduate based on his or her educational concentration, grade point average, professional characteristics and abilities, and our observation of his or her potential fit within the company.

A trainee will have the chance to train in several positions throughout the firm for a designated period of time, generally 8-12 months. During this program, he or she will have an opportunity to study the overall scope of our business by becoming familiar with different internal departments, which potentially offers the chance for growth, development, and advancement.

Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be placed in a mutually acceptable choice position within the firm.
