Human Resources Associate, Administration, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The human resources associate will focus on the areas of payroll, benefits administration, reporting, record keeping, departmental projects and general human resources assistance. This will include processing semi-monthly payroll, generating payroll reports, assisting with the administration and enrollment of benefit plans, producing related reports and metrics, ensuring the accuracy of employee information, maintaining our company’s intranet page, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in human resource management and previous HR internship or work experience is required.

Mail Records Processor, Operations Department, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The records processor supports the distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail. This includes sorting, stamping and delivering documents, processing overnight packages, handling mass mailings, and performing data entry work. Office Coordinator, Administration, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The office coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the office. This includes maintaining office appearance, coordinating and ensuring the completion of office maintenance and repairs with the building’s management team, providing coverage and backup assistance to the reception desk throughout the day, assisting vendors when they are in the office, preparing materials for company meetings, coordinating annual trainings, assisting with company events and parties including the coordination of food, vendor approval and logistics and providing administrative support to the department. The support associate will be responsible for providing clerical and customer support in the Operations Department. This includes tracking and resolving returned mail, corresponding with financial advisors, data entry, and scanning and indexing documents. Senior Front-End Developer, Information Technology, Syracuse, NY
The senior front-end developer is a newly created position that will be responsible for building and leading a development team focused on technology solutions for our financial advisors. This will include leading the front-end design, development and maintenance of current applications, researching user needs, assisting with new projects and developing project specifications, informing technical and UI designs and executing on those designs, establishing and maintaining an internal documentation process, and providing guidance of front-end development to ensure quality and best practices are being met. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to utilize software to increase efficiencies and enhance processes, write well-crafted and well-tested codes, peer review codes, apply expert levels of knowledge in various areas, and has the knowledge and experience with agile development processes. The staff accountant will be responsible for preparing account reconciliations, financial statements, annual budgets, cost center analysis, and various financial reporting schedules including reports and analysis on a regular basis. The transition specialist is responsible for the transition of new representatives to Cadaret, Grant. This includes working closely with our Recruitment team, assisting with the presentation of services to potential representatives, overseeing the transition of the new representatives and their customers to Cadaret, Grant, and providing support to the registered representative and branch office during the transition period. This role will also be tasked with developing a strong understanding of processes within Cadaret, Grant, developing relationships with points of contact in other departments and have a strong understanding of all the necessary materials, forms, and paperwork that is required to ensure a smooth transition of business. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field plus experience in the financial services industry is required in addition to exceptional customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency.

Variable Annuity Analyst, Compliance, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The variable annuity analyst is responsible for supervisory review and oversight of variable annuity business. This includes evaluating applications, disclosures, investment objectives, and other applicable factors necessary for approval; verifying suitability requirements are being met; signing off on applications as principle; monitoring FINRA and SEC rules and regulations to determine how they would affect the firm; and communicating product features, annuity benefits, and contract provision details to interested parties as needed. This position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of experience, FINRA Series 6 or 7, LAH license, strong analytical skills, customer service experience, and someone who is self motivated.
