Advertising Analyst, Compliance, Cadaret Grant, Syracuse, NY
The advertising analyst is responsible for the review and approval of advertisement submitted by advisors to ensure advertising regulations of both the firm and FINRA are being met. This includes reviewing print, television and radio advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns. This position requires a licensed candidate with industry experience who is well organized, detail oriented, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.  A bachelor’s degree in a related field, industry experience, and a FINRA Series 7 and 24 securities licenses are required.

Compliance Manager, Compliance, Cadaret Grant, Syracuse, NY
The compliance manager will supervise specific operations within the Compliance Department including advertising, analytics, reporting, and administration. This will entail analysis and regulatory reporting, reviewing and detecting anomalies, oversight of the review and approval of advertisements submitted by advisors, and supervision of the general administrative responsibilities within the entire department. The Compliance Manager will also be relied upon as we implement new technologies, procedures and best practice procedures. This position will report directly to our Chief Compliance Officer and will work with management to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the firm and the securities industry. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field, 5 years of relevant industry experience, and FINRA Series 7 and 24 securities licenses are required.

Human Resources Specialist – Payroll and Benefits, Administration, Cadaret Grant, Syracuse, NY
The human resources specialist will serve in a generalist role with a concentration in payroll and benefits, reporting, record keeping, departmental projects and general human resources support. This will include processing semi-monthly payroll for several locations across multiple states, generating payroll reports, assisting with the administration and enrollment of benefit plans, producing related reports and metrics, and ensuring the accuracy of personnel changes, payroll data, benefit enrollments and employee information. A bachelor’s degree in human resource management and 2-4 years of previous HR experience is required.

Managed Accounts Associate, Advisory Services, Cadaret Grant, Syracuse, NY
This support role provides service, operational and administrative assistance within the department. This includes processing management fee refunds, initiating money movements, assisting advisors with customer service related inquiries such as account maintenance and general, non-trading questions, and various reporting. The new accounts processor is responsible for providing customer service to our representatives, maintaining account information, and the daily management of accounts and commissions. This includes reviewing and verifying new account information for completeness and accuracy, entering data supplied by the representatives, and completing monthly reporting and mailings.  A bachelor’s degree in a related field, excellent customer services skills and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Transition Team Specialist, Operations, Cadaret Grant, Syracuse, NY
The transition specialist is responsible for the transition of new representatives to Cadaret Grant. This includes working closely with our Recruitment team, assisting with the presentation of services to potential representatives, overseeing the transition of the new representatives and their customers to Cadaret Grant, and providing support to the registered representative and branch office during the transition period. This role will also be tasked with developing a strong understanding of processes within Cadaret Grant, developing relationships with points of contact in other departments and have a strong understanding of all the necessary materials, forms, and paperwork that is required to ensure a smooth transition of business. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field plus experience in the financial services industry is required in addition to exceptional customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency.
