The advertising analyst is responsible for the review and approval of advertisements submitted by advisors to ensure advertising regulations of both the firm and FINRA are being met. This includes reviewing print, television and radio advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns. This position requires a licensed candidate with industry experience who is well organized, detail oriented, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Cashier, Cashiering, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The cashier is responsible for customer service and processing a variety of financial transactions at the request of the financial advisors whom we service. This may involve deposits, disbursements, money market fund purchases, electronic fund transfers and customer account inquiries. In addition, this role handles general ledger account entries and regulatory control procedures. This position will have a high level of daily interaction both internally and externally working with representatives, assistants, Pershing personnel and fellow Cadaret, Grant departments. Compliance Examiner, Compliance, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The compliance examiner is responsible for traveling to Cadaret, Grant branch offices to conduct on-site examinations, audits, and reports based on the findings of the visit. The compliance examiner will also provide assistance to the branch managers in complying with the rules and regulations governing the securities industry and adherence to Cadaret, Grant’s policies and standards. This positions requires a candidate with 2 to 5 years experience in the financial services industry, FINRA Series 7 license, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to analyze data and detect anomalies, and the ability to travel frequently.

Home Office Registered Principal, Compliance, Cadaret, Grant, Syracuse, NY
The HORP will join our team of compliance professionals by providing compliance oversight and supervisory responsibilities for branch offices and their representative. This includes ensuring industry compliance standards are being met by the firm, providing training and assistance relative to Cadaret, Grant‘s compliance policies and procedures, and reviewing securities transactions for suitability and compliance. Limited travel may be required to conduct on-site examinations at various locations where securities business is conducted. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field, at least five (5) years of experience in the securities industry, and a FINRA Series 7 and 24 securities license.

The variable annuity analyst is responsible for supervisory review and oversight of variable annuity business. This includes evaluating applications, disclosures, investment objectives, and other applicable factors necessary for approval; verifying suitability requirements are being met; signing off on applications as principle; monitoring FINRA and SEC rules and regulations to determine how they would affect the firm; and communicating product features, annuity benefits, and contract provision details to interested parties as needed. This position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience, FINRA Series 6/26 or 7/24, LAH license, strong analytical skills, customer service experience, and someone who is self motivated.
