Cadaret, Grant & Co., Inc., was founded in 1985 by two financial advisors who shared a vision.

Art Grant and Mac Cadaret wanted to create an alternative to traditional financial services organizations, one that would give entrepreneurial advisors the freedom to build investment portfolios based on their clients’ objectives, not their broker/dealer’s.

Today, Cadaret, Grant is one of the largest — and one of the few remaining — privately owned broker/dealers in the U.S., with more than 120 employees and nearly 900 representatives in 285 branch offices across the country.
